Raul Pimienta
CEO/ PRESIDENT
Raul Pimienta has worked in the construction industry for 20 years,starting as a carpenter’s assistant with hands-on construction during summers in high school.While studying architecture in Havana, Cuba, Raul participate in different architectural projects and executing the same.In 2010,he graduated as an architect in Havana, Cuba. Since he graduated started to design and build from interior spaces to remodeling of housing Co-founding the All-New group together with other architects and Artist carrying out several projects.
In 2015, Raul started working as Supervisor and Project Estimator in a different company of a general contractor in the United States of America, where he made new constructions both in commercial and in residential and Budget & Phasing of this projects. Today, Raul is a principal of Think & Build Construction, Inc;its CEO and qualifier. He leads all aspects of operations, risk, logistics, planning, and growth. Raul’s current focus is on expanding Think & Build Construction,Inc; brand to Central Florida and beyond.As a respected member of the South Florida business community. Raul is active worked in bids preparation and construction process for several projects in South Florida of residential, commercial and mixed-use. Raul has proven experience in the following systems: Conventional Reinforced Concrete, All types of Pre-cast Concrete Techniques, Post-Tensioning System, Reinforced Masonry, and Structural Metal. I have worked with almost all the specialties of construction.
